Case Study: St Thomas' Rectory, Belfast
During August 2007 – Rev. Canon Walter A Lewis of St Thomas’ Rectory in Belfast contacted Norspace with regards to the possibility of supplying a temporary building that could be used as place of worship whilst the main church building in Eglantine Avenue, Belfast underwent major renovation work.

Time was of the essence!

The overall project involved the provision of not only a temporary main building for the congregation but also further units to accommodate the crèche facility and another for the administration team of the church.

The Norspace team were delighted to respond and acted quickly due to the urgent nature of the project.

Norspace staff undertook the complete design and installation of several buildings as shown in the photographs and these included the main building that comprised of a 56’ x 20’ Modular building that was ready to use within weeks of the first initial call from Rev. Canon Lewis.

The temporary buildings remained on site for approximately 9 months whilst renovation work on the main church building was completed.

This proved to be a major success for Norspace as such a prominent site location and quality of product has indeed lead to many more similar project enquiries from all over Northern Ireland.
